Please read our policies before making your appointment. A valid credit card number is required to book your appointment.


  • We strongly encourage our new guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, in order to allow time to find out our building and settle in.  Returning clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals later than 15min may be subject to rescheduling their appointment.


  • As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 and 24  hours before your appointment, either by text, email or both.

  • Please allow at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled before the given time frame will be subject to cancellation fee(s). Cancellation fee(s) are equivalent to the full price of the session that was booked.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will subject to a "no-show" fee equivalent to the full price of the session that was booked.

  • NOTE: When your appointment is cancelled through our online booking system, you will receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this email, your appointment has not been cancelled in the system and you will be charged.


  • You are paying for artist time, product, and other expenses incurred to provide you with a service. No refunds on services or products will be given for any reason. If you are unhappy with the service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute touch-up. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the aftercare instructions, will be charged the full price of the service.

  • All retail product purchases are final. On unopened items, we offer the option to exchange item(s) or receive store credit.


  • Due to the nature of our detailed services, as well as the space restrictions within our studio, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

  • Our studio offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Keeping that as our focus, we do not allow babies or children under the age of 13 years old. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our artists, and our clients, as you will be unable to attend your children during your appointment.

  • We also do not allow pets of any kind, other than service animals, in our lash studio. This is due to Health Department regulations, and is strictly enforced.


  • We require that for all of our services, our clients be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions.
